My job is to empower others to innovate and lead the team to perform, very different from most of the folks that make a name with publications, endowed chairs and awards of note. Probably 22 Million people suffer from Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA), about 5.5 Million receive treatment via CPAP. Of that, maybe a third use a Philips Respironics mask. My team invented, designed and developed those masks. I currently hold 14 issued patents.
